Cookie policy
This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on capovian.com, for what purpose and how you can manage them, in accordance with Law 172-13 and international best practices, including Consent Mode v2.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They allow us to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language or configuration options, to improve your experience.
2. Types of cookies we use
We use necessary cookies (essential for the site to function), analytics cookies (to measure traffic and understand usage), functional cookies (which remember your preferences) and marketing cookies (to show personalised content).
3. First and third-party cookies
We use our own cookies set by Capovian and third-party cookies such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. The latter are subject to the consent granted through the cookie banner.
4. Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2. By default, all non-essential categories are denied. They are only activated when you express your consent through the banner.
5. Managing your preferences
You can accept all cookies, reject them or customise them at any time from the cookie banner. You can also delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, among others).
6. Cookie duration
Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) or persistent (remaining for a set period). On capovian.com we use both types, with maximum terms of up to 12 months.
7. Consequences of rejection
If you reject non-essential cookies, some functionality may be affected. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled as they guarantee the operation of the site.
8. Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect technical or regulatory changes. The current version will always be published here with its update date.
9. More information
